side effects of taking phentermine with birth control?

When I took Phentermine I felt great I lost 12 pds. but I started to spot and had like a light period. The only other meds I take is birth control pill Mircette. Has anyone had this problem? :(

well i havent started my period yet since i started taking it. I think it affects your hormones.
