phen and effexor xr

Anyone out there taking Effexor XR 150mg, and Phen 30mg per day? Just want to know if anything weird has been noticed?

I used to take Effexor. I stopped about 6 months ago. Thank goodness! I'm not sure if it works for you, but after the initial 'high' I felt like I was going crazy on that stuff. I experienced a lot of side effects with Effexor. I'm not sure you should mix Phentermine with it since they both effect the brain. Please check with your Dr!!!

Hi wenphen, I was wondering that too... I take 150 mg of effexor and I wanted to start taking 30 mg of phentermine because I heard it's just like Phen-Pro.
Is there anyone out there who takes that combo who can tell me if it works well?
I don't have a problem with Effexor, I've been taking it for 1 1/2 years. I'm dying to find something that worked as well as Phen-fen and when I heard about the Phen Pro thing it made my heart skip a beat. Please tell me it works!!!

I do not have any bad side effects from this mixture to report. I know that is safe, or I'm sure I wouldn't have gotten the ** from the MD. So far, so good......I'll let you know if anything should change..

I take 150 mg effexor 2 times a day for anxiety, and also phen 30 mg. I haven't had any problems. My dr. wanted me to stay on the effexor b/c he said the phen can make you anxious.

my doctor told me effexor and phen were a good mix for weight loss. i also take 150/day of effexor and 37.5 daily of phen. no problems at all with the combination.
