take Xenical before, with or after meals

I've been taking Phen for several weeks now and am very happy with the results.
I've recently added Xenical to boost my loss. When is it best to take it. There's only
been once that I've noticed oily stools. But after eating a MC Don's Happy Meal, I didn't
have any different side effects. I thought maybe because I took it during the meal and not
after.

Have you been taking it 3 times a day, or just when you eat a fatty meal? I took Xenical before Phen (3 times a day, with meals) and had oily stools most of the time. When I started Phen, I only use Xenical when I know I've eaten a meal that contained fat. I don't have nearly as many oily stools now! I've never taken Xenical consistantly at the same time. I take it before, during, or after.

:eek: I'm sorry to anyone who might find the "oily stool" thing offensive! Anyone who has taken Xenical will understand!

I was taking xenical with phen too. I stuck to a low fat diet and never experienced those "oily stools". As soon as I ate too much fat, I knew what the side effect warnings were about. Then I found myself only taking it (I was told before or with meal) when I was eating foods that were too fatty. Using it almost like a laxative. That's bulimic mentality and I really don't want to get involved in that. Since I stopped following my sensible diet and have been overindulging I've considered taking it again, but I'l worried with all the fat I've been eating that I shouldn't take it before going to work, or even just leaving the house. Guess the best solution would be to cut down on fat intake :eek:
