I got a brochure from the National Institute For Clinical Weight Loss, Inc. this week, promoting an herbal remedy called Thermalean. They "claim" that it is the herbal equivalent of Xenical, Meridia and Fastin all put together using the best parts of each one. They also say it has no side effects and they have a 100% money back guarantee including s/h and postage and all. They say a loss of 10-14 lbs/month is normal and that everyone can use it - from 5 to 100+ pounds to lose.

Not only that but they have a toll free number to call and ask all the questions you want, and I did, but didn't order it since I hadn't done any research on it yet.

What do you all think and has anyone used it? I"m still on my phen, but it's definitely NOT doing anything for me this time as I've gained a little and been back on it for a month.

I looked around on the web for info on Thermalean. It has pretty much the same ingredients as Stacker 2s, Xenadrine, Metabolife and all the rest of those pills. I took Stacker 2s for a while and the ephedra in them gives you the biggest boost of energy. I loved them, but they can be very dangerous and are not to be taken for more than 12 weeks. If you have any health or heart problems you definitely don't want to take any of these. As for weight loss, I didn't really diet or work out while I was taking them, but I can tell you that my house had never been cleaner! Just be very careful if you take these, there have been people that have had heart attacks and strokes while taking ephedra.
P.S. Dexatrim natural has the ephedra in them and they only cost about $5.00 so if you want to try it, that would be a cheaper alternative.

I have taken Thermalean before. I feel like after you have taken those types of herbal diet pills...your body becomes resistant to the "high". Which means your not lifting your metbo at all. I lost alot of weight when I first started taken it...but I had never taken anything like that before then. Then....I stopped...2 years later...weight back on....I started taking other forms of herbal diet pills..(all with about the same ingredents)...well after taking that stuff for 2 years....it dosen't have the same affect as it used to.
I am trying phen for the first time. Starting it tomorrow...wish me luck.
