Hi Michael...I've been on Phentermine...back in March I started and lost 20 pounds in about 2 months...it was wonderful. Now, I've also tried the Xenadrine that I purchased at GNC, and it doesn't even compare. I just started Bontril today, hoping it'll do good...keep your fingers crossed! :)

I have had good experiences with Phentermine for periods of 3 months at a time (then it seems to stop working) each of those times (over several years period) I was able to lose 30 lbs or so. I have also tried other herbal metabolizers (not Xenadrine though), and Phentermine works better for the 3 month period, but the hebal metabolizers never seemed to weaken, but I was always very nervous and jittery and it didn't curb my appetite quite as well as phentermine. The effedrine caused that.

I have been taking Xendarine since June and I have lost 70 lbs. I am 6'3" and I was at 300 and now I weigh 225. I was just wondering what the difference was.

Sounds like Xenadrine is working for you, I'd stick with it.

Michael I have tried different products that i can purchase at the gym or through GNC. I only take phen when i am not working out or when i am starting a new work out schedule. I prefer using hydroxycut over all of the other products out there. If you are working out and being and your not hungry all of the time then take hydroxtcut.
Phen is an appetite suppresant not a calorie burner.

JK?? What is Hydroxycut then. Ive heard to take it when you work out. Is it different than Metabolife? Thanks girlfriend.....

I used Xenadrine and it worked womders for me but made me feel like the lady in Requiem for a Dream......
