Haven't tried phentermine, but I used Meridia for a month (with no success unfortunately -- all I got was a dull headache) and now I'm on Xenical. The first week on Xenical I lost almost 6 lbs, but I'd had a gain the week before, so it could have been a lot of water!
I lost 100 lbs on my own and now I'm looking to lose more but I've been "stuck" for a while and I'm hoping to get "un-stuck"!
