I am on my third day of phentermine, and I need to know if you can take a laxitive with this cuz I cannot go...I need some help!!!!!!!!!!

OMG! Did you drink more than 50 oz of water (I drink 100 oz at least daily) and 2 to 3 servings of fruits? (bananas? or apples/oranges?) Bananas or prune juice will be a great help for now. Exercises can help too!
