Here is good advice!
Did you know that it's a good idea to eat every three to four hours? It keeps
you from becoming over hungry and overeating at your next meal.
Also carry a snack bar in your purse (low calorie) of course for those hunger pains!

Thanks... always have the idea of not eating untill hungry - hoping to burn a few more calories by doing that. But end up eating something unhealthy cos my body just can't wait to "refill" my low blood sugar :)

Yes, I know what you mean. But you mentioned, low blood sugar, if you eat something healthy, a salad, some fruit, small bowl of grain cereal, you'll keep your sugar in check.

Thanks now I bring 2 serving of fruits with me everyday to work.
I don't know but my doctor who gave me Phen also gave me something to reduce blood sugar (some people have high blood sugar and thus hinder the weight loss) But guess I don't have that problem cos I feel dizzy if that take that tablet.
Cheers!

You are prepared, for sure now, Miss Butterfly. Have you ever heard the saying" Two heads are better than one, or it takes two hands to handle a whopper, or one for the money and "TWO" for the show. Well, you now bring "2" servings of fruit to work with you. Good for you!
Cheers to you, TWO! (LOL)

I also have been trying to wait until I'm hungry to eat anything so I could reduce my calories and shrink my tummy. If I wait too long I get nauseated. What is that? Is that a drop in my sugar level?
