posting weight tracker??

I'm new here and also at extrapounds.com. how do i post the weight tracker thingy on here from extra pounds? I plan on starting Phen very soon, it's just a matter of finding it on the internet without a prescription. My doctor wont give it to me or any of his patients for that matter. I'm 171lbs. and goat weight is 130lbs. i just keep gaining the weight and i need a boost. any suggestions? i also need some friends for support, my name on extrapounds is desperatetolose4. i couldn't add the last zero and didn't realize until the name was made. lol. thanks in advance for your help.

Welcome desperatetolose40! If you're using the tracker from extrapounds.com, after you have created it, at the bottom of the page, they give you the code to use. Use the bbCode. Copy everything in the box and you can do that by highlighting everything and pressing Control "C" at the same time (or use the copy bottom on the toolbar). Then paste it in your signature on this website when you update your profile. It will update everytime you update it on extrapounds.com. I hope that wasn't too confusing and I hope it helps.
