Hello I was wondering if anyone know the limit of Phentermine you can take a day. I take 37.5 now and in the evening I very hungry almost like starved. I feel thats why I'm not losing a lot of weight. I'm going to try to take half in the morning and half at 1:00p.m but, I didn't know if anyone know a better way of dealing with this.. Thanks for all the help.. :)

I try to take my 30mg pill on an empty stomach as late in the morning as I can and I find that I am not as hungry in the evening.

Never take phenteramine no later than 12; just for the fact, you'll have a hard time sleeping at night!

If you take it on an empty stomach about 30 minutes to an hour before breakfast is good. I tried to split them and take each half at 7 am and 1pm but it kinda made my stomach upset. Everyone is different though and I do have a softer stomach.
