I was wondering if anyone is having bad lower back pain? I have had it since I started phentermine 37.5 tablet. I have lost about 10 lbs. in about 2 1/2 weeks.

Hi f&j,

I have been having lower back pain too. I am on 37.5mg, I take 1/2 in the morning and then the other half in the afternoon.

This is my second week on Phen and earlier this week my lower back was aching really bad. The only way I can describe my pain was like the way I fell when I have had too much soda to drink, that usually happens when I drink dark sodas but since starting Phen I have not been drinking any soda's at all just water.

I would also like to know if anyone else has had a problem like this and what it might could be. I went to my doctor before starting Phen and my blood work and everything else checked out fine.

I have had the same problem not to mention I get congestion too I mean really congested after I take a pill... I thought at first I was coming down with something serious then I took a break from the pill and the congestion eased up big time.. but I started the pills again and within 30 mins of taking it I get congested to the point I cough up icking tasting stuff but.. about 4 hours later it eases up quite a bit... I dont understand it .. if anyone has had this please let me know... also I get headaches...

I had this problem, I suggest drinking more water. It seems to help will all the side effects.

I am drinking alot of water. Still having lower back pains. Tylenol or something like it seems to help some.

I have been on phentermine for 1 week and I have lower (left) back pains as well(feels like I have pulled a muscle). I also have a bad taste in my mouth, which is ketosis (this is a good thing). As for the congestion, I have that also. I thought I was coming down with Sinuitus. Man, I hope this stuff work well. So far. I have lost 8 lbs, in 7 days.

well to me the lower back pain could be from the lost of weight. It's like the extra weight weighed down the bones and now it's gone, so you may want to do some lower back exercises. (i'm not a doctor of course) but it just makes sense.
