Info needed

Tim here, I am thinking about trying phentermine but need some advice..I don't know what dosage, or form(tablets/capsules)to use, plus there are different colors..Any help would be appreciated..I weigh 220, would like to lose 25 lbs...

Hi Tim,

Just so you know, most people post in the "experience with Phen" board. Sometimes we forget to look down here.So if you don't get many responses, post on the other board.

Just so you know the majority of Phen users here,use or have used the 30 mg blue/white capsule. I used it for 6 weeks and lost my 30 pounds. ALso lots of people use the 37.5 tablet and break it in half-1/2 in a.m. and 1/2 in the afternoon.
