Does anyone have a simple diet they could give me. I work crazy hours at a Safeway deli. I do not take lunch if it's a seven hr. shift or less. I usually do not get off work until 10pm or 11pm.
I do not really like to cook and do not seem to have the time for it.
Can someone PLEASE help me.
I started the Phens about three weeks ago, and I do not have a scale but I can tell I have not lost a pound.
Buy the way, just to get to sleep on these things I find I need to drink OJ and vodka, just to relax myself.
Help!!!

Hi Becca,

Yours is a hard question to answer. I think right now each of us is on his or her own version of a "good diet." My doctor's suggestion of what makes a good diet is to keep the daily intake of fat grams under 30g.

Others will tell you to keep your carbs under 20-30g.

If you want an easy diet, I don't think it exists. All the "easy" food is the bad stuff... processed food that you can just toss into the microwave.

If you want that kind of simplicity, perhaps your best route would be to buy a bunch of Weight Watchers or Lean Cuisine frozen meals and eat them for awhile.

There's a great dieter's website called DietWatch (http://www.dietwatch.com) where you can register (free) and you type in the food/amount you eat and it keeps track of the calories and nutrients for you.

Good luck w/the Phen and keep us posted!
