Side effects noticed in just an hour!

This is what I've noticed in just an hour after taking it...

1. That "high" feeling everyone's talking about
2. Shakey-ness
3. Fullness, but also hunger
4. Nausea
5. Dry mouth

I'm kinda "coming down" now, and I don't feel the nausea much anymore, but like a lump in my stomach. But I'm getting hungrier! LIke the munchies are something! I might eat an apple or something.

You took the phen at like 5:30pm?
That was totally not a good idea at all. Phen should be taken in the morning. Never that late in the day. I would not be surprised if you are up all night now. Didn't they tell you when to take the phen when they gave it to you?

No, actually I took it at about 8. I didn't really have a hard time going to sleep. Maybe a little because I was kind of expecting it after reading it all on here and because I got in bed earlier than I normally do, but I drifted off around 12, which is common. I woke up around 5 am, then rolled over a few times, and went back to sleep.
But I still kind of feel the nausea, which I'm not excited about.
