I have been on Phentermine 4 months and it has amazing. I have lost a total of 20lbs. The only thing is this month I have been noticing bruises on my arms more than usual. I have always bruised easily but this past month has been more than usual enough for me to notice. I kinda blew it off except last night I took off my shoes and noticed a quarter size bruise on my foot but it almost looked like a blood bruise because it was red. It really freaked me out and I am wondering if I should discontinue the use of Phen?
HAS ANY HAD THAT HAPPEN TO THEM AND IS IT NORMAL? PLEASE RESPOND [LIST]

I've noticed a lot of bruising, too. Actually, other people have noticed more than me. They ask "how'd you get that bruise?" And I have to tell them I don't know. Because I don't. I haven't really given it much thought, though because I bruise easily like you. I haven't heard anyone else say they bruise after starting phen. Maybe we should ask our doctors. Anyone else have any experience with this?

I dont really bruise easy, i mean i get them somtimes cause i have a two and a half year old daughter that uses me as a jungle gym. But now its really really bad. I counted 20 of them on me the other day it looks like i have been beaten. i have only been on phen for 3weeks and its been really bad the last 2 weeks. The bad thing is that i work at the same hospital as my doctor who prescribed it to me. I usually see him alot when i work. But i ahven't had that many shifts lately and i am afraid that if he notices he going to say something like are you eating anything. He told i cant lose very much the first month, its not healthy. I do know that the brusing does have to do with low iron so all i suggest is eating more protein, like meat, even red meat would be better, eating peanut butter or nuts i would up that andif that doesn't help then at your next appointment bring up, they might beable to solve it with an iron supplement. I dont eat much but i have had to cut out every thing else i eat and try and only eat protein. hope that helps

I am glad to read this on here. I am definitely bruising more easily! My husband will ask me where I got a bruise and I have no idea!
