I have been on phentermine before but have been off of it for about a year. Recently my doctor put me on ritalin for other issues. I would like to start phentermine again. Anyone ever done both? I don't have side effects from the ritalin. Just don't want to over do it. Thanks!

Hey bflf,
I don't think I would do the ritalin with the phen -- they are both stimulants ... could over work your heart -- I would definitely ask your Dr. first --

I used to do it with adderall which is also a stimulant ADD med and i was never effected enough to notice. Then again, i was also running 8-10 miles a day and i'm pretty sure my heart could withstand anything at that point. I would definitely check with your doctor.
