I've been on Phen since the first of May, and I think my weight loss is very slow. I eat right, but perhaps not enough calories, and I workout on a treadmill and with weights 3-4 times a week.

I've lost only 21 lbs, but am down 3 sizes in clothing. Everyone says I'm building muscle and toning my body and to count inches instead of worry about the scales, but I can't help it.

I'll try and post some before/after photos, but at 5' and 169 I'm still pretty big.

Am I doing something wrong for the loss to be so slow?

I started phen 2 weeks ago, I'm 5''8 when I started my weight was 244 and now I'm down to 238...My sister is loosing 6 pounds a week! and she eats way more than me..I feel frustrated but I try not to get down...The nurse said to try and eat more greens and drink more water...

so ill see what happens next week..
good luck :)

your progress is not slow...it's where it should be. Around 8 lbs a month is average. You can't gauge your progress by others. Heavier people tend to lose more in the beginning and then taper off to 2 lbs or so per week. It's hard not to want that 6 lbs per week for the first 3 weeks but there's nothing strange/slow about your progress.

I completely understand, I'm feeling exactly the same way! The first week & a half I lost 11lbs and now I'm just going sooo slow, in August I only lost 7lbs and I'm a big girl! Sorry, going on about myself!
Sounds like you are doing things right so just remember you are losing and that is what counts! Good luck!
