awesome results!!! Have you been working out as well? Any tips or suggestions you wouldn't mind sharing? Fantastic before and after!

I eat 12-1400 calories a day, mostly from lean meat (PROTEEEEIN!), and lots of fruit and veggies, and I switched to a gluten-free diet recently, as well. I ONLY drink water, EVER. (After quitting Mt. Dew, and then Diet Mt. Dew, this is a huge deal for me!)

My current workout schedule:

*Sunday is my "day off." I only run 1 mile, and do something physically active with my husband and kids.

*Monday, I run a mile and do the 100/200/200 (http://www.hundredpushups.com) Challenges when I wake up, do 30 minutes of cardio with light weights for lunch, run a mile before dinner, and rollerskate for about an hour after I get the kids to bed.

*Tuesday, I run a mile and do 30 minutes of cardio with light weights when I wake up, do 30 minutes of yoga for lunch, and run a mile before dinner.

*Wednesday, I run a mile and do the 100/200/200 Challenges when I wake up, do 30 minutes of strength training with heavier weights for lunch, run a mile before dinner, and skate for about an hour after I get the kids to bed.

*Thursday is the same as Tuesday.

*Friday is the same as Monday.

*Saturday I run 2 miles when I wake up and do flexibility/strength training for an hour. By this time, my husband and kids are usually awake, so we go do something awesome. I hula hoop a lot on the weekends. I do a solid hour of yoga ever single Saturday nite after I put the kids to bed. I include this because it's physical, but it's not really a workout for me-- more meditation than anything. Relaxxxxxxx.

Is this what you jumped right in to or do you maybe have some pointers for starting out? I walk now and it is tiresome. I would love to get to your physical level! You look great!

Thanks, everyone!

I started out walking/jogging a mile a day. Plus, I've been hooping and roller skating for at least a year, because it's fun! [That's the key for starting out, I think-- finding something you LIKE to do.] I then started the Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout 3x a week, and kind of eased into the rest of it, adding things regularly to build up to this routine.

Thanks, its good to know that I can probably work up to that! I can't wait to be able to do those things and keep up. Hula hooping is a great idea too. My daughter and I can do that together as an added bonus. Thanks again, and keep posting updates. Its encouraging.
