Hmmm.....Sexual side effects anyone?

Alright, so I've been taking Phentermine on and off for the past couple years, and everytime I start taking it a few days later I have a very weird side effect. Alright, here it is. This is kind of graphic so if it may bother you, please quit reading now. This just happens at random times, but I will have this intense urge to urinate. The feeling then to a feeling of orgasm abd I begin to ejaculate some. This happens at any given time, no sign or anything. It always bappens when my penis is flacid too, with no arousal. It just happens. I don't know why. I was worried so I was tested for STD's and came back clear. My Doc had never heard of this happening before, so I thought I'd ask you all if you had any information or solutions to this problem. Sorry, I know this sounds like alot, but I really would like to know what's going on.

My doc mentioned when I first started taking Phentermine that testosterone imbalances can be more pronounced, and people are affected in a variety of ways - don't know if what you're experiencing is one of them. My initial blood work-up showed mine was a little low (women need it too, you know.) He has me taking DHEA 25 mg/day. Not knowing your age or what else you're taking, you could ask you doctor if this might help you. I've talked with men and women who's levels dropped so low they didn't have any sex drive at all, and others who became constantly aroused.

I can't lend any real advice in this area, but what you are describing, my (male) friend Alex used to call a "Pissgasm" and he would get them if he held off too long and really had to go. Sometimes he'd do this on purpose:).

I have noticed I am a lot hornier - not sure if its the phen, or energy/good feelings about my slimmer body coupled with the sheer boredom of being sober. . .

I,too, have had a stronger sex drive as a result. I really think it is the phen because it happened after only 3 days on it. I was shocked! My husband obiviously welcomed it. I hope it doesn't change--at least until he can be outdone (lol).

I am praying for the increased sex drive! Mine's moderate to low right now, so any increase would be welcome!

I guess it affects different people different ways, I still have the "want to" but certain parts don't want to cooperate! Only been on it three days this time, hope things level off soon!

Well, I'm a chick, so can't chime in on the odd sounding urinate/ejaculate issue.

But I have noticed that I am EXTREMELY and Easily aroused an awful lot of the time. Which kinda stinks as I have been celibate for a year and a half now :rolleyes:

hmm...I didnt think about it until I just read these posts but, Yeah...come to think about it, we've def been at it ALOT more than usual....with me initiating..so Possibly increases sex drive.......Or i'm just excited that I've lost 9 pounds on it so far that I feel Sexxxier!! :)

I feel like a COMPLETE "guy" right now. I wish I was with someone because I wake up every morning and go to sleep every night thinking about it. AAAGHHHH!!! Maybe in a few months when I lose some more of this pesky weight, being with someone won't be as much of a problem :)

I have to agree! I think it could be the Phen! Or maybe a combo of losing some of the weight and feeling better about the way I look on the outside and how that makes me feel on the inside. But I seem to have a much incresed drive myself! Almost like I did when I was 20 somthing! I feel HOT!

I think its from phen too, i been on phen for 2 months now and my sex drive boosted. My hubby is lovin it!! I get to loose the weight with plenty of sex! lol
