OK, first off...after googling your weight to convert to pounds, you have very little weight to lose. When you only have 13lbs to lose, it's not going to come off quickly. Those last few pounds are always stubborn...phen or not. I think you need to be realistic about that, first and foremost.
2ndly, phen is an aide. Not a cure. It honestly sounds as though you are not eating enough. You need to eat every 2-3hrs...small healthy frequent meals/snacks are KEY to keeping your metabolism working at it's best. Drink water. Exercise. And make healthy choices about what you put in your body.
