It sounds like you are not getting enough protein in your diet and maybe not enough calories. The green tea has caffeine in it, and 1L is a significant amount. You need to drink water. Are you getting any exercise at all?
I have a few concerns here. It seems as if you think you can take this pill and magically, you won't be hungry anymore and the weight will just fall off, not true. I'm not sure how much education you are getting from your doctor either. How many calories are you consuming? Were the side effects of phen discussed with you?
I have only the utmost concern about your health and well-being. Don't get discouraged with phen just yet, but you have to be sensible. Many of us are losing weight with this med, but as I said before, we have some common denominators, watching what we eat, consuming water and exercise. Ask your doctor for the 37.5mg dose of phen. Take it in the morning on an empty stomach, then eat breakfast 2 hours later and consume some protein, that will keep you full longer.
This site is so full of tips and tricks for getting the weight off. Everyone here is very supportive and you should visit often. I understand your desire to lose weight, I'm right there with you, but don't compromise your health to do it. Get in to the habit of eating right, and exercising now, while you have phen as a tool, because you can't take it forever.
