i agree with msmil-its great at first, but is only short lived!!! the more you take the less its gonna work. you could try eating more protein. it makes you more full and stays with you longer. make sure you are drinking your water also!!! its kinda a head thing and it takes time, but don't give up!!! make sure you exercise too!!!

msmil can tell you-its a long process!
