wow, i feel like the odd man out. i've always taken mine mid morning. i feel it helps me get through the evening when i take it later in the morning. once i get to work i'm not really thinking about food anyway so i always time it so that i take it before the mid-day cravings start. i never had a problem with staying up at night on phen so this method works for me. if i take it too early i get the 8pm munchies.
