In reading all about the b12 shots, I went to my Dr yesterday and he said "NO" to the b12 shot
He took bloodwork from me and told me that you can only get a B12 shot if your body needs it(low on b12) Anyhow, I wont find out until Monday the results to see if Im low, but he wont give it to me otherwise!! How did you all get yours? Did they do bloodwork first??
