my dr told me that in order to loose weight you have to eat BUT watch your calorie intake and drinks lots and lost of water ( at least half your body weight) i have to eat every couple of hours to speed up my metabolism. but i cant go past 1200 calories a day ( and protein is important)
i have found it easier to keep a journal as well so that i can be responsible for what i put into my mouth .. hope that helps a little
