I agree I would take the entire pill and see how that works. My Dr. started me off on 30mg and working out give me a lot of energy and keeps the stress down. I think you need to do what works for you but I don't want to spend the rest of my life drinking my meals so I eat the way I want to be eating for a life time. I eat 3 meals a day and count my calories. I try to stay around 1200 calorie and I'm taking off 2 lbs a week and I feel get. I drink lots of water and try to eat as healthy as I can but I do treat myself once in a while but always watch my portion size. I learned that if I drink a full glass of water before I eat I won't eat as much. I also put my fork down in between bites and I can't be how little I need to eat to be satified. Good luck to you
