You really need to find what works for you and you do still need to eat. I count every calorie and I stay around 1200 calories and work out 5 days a week. I'm finally to the point that I'm not thinking about food all the time and I only eat 3 meals a day with no snacking and lots of water. This is about changing bad habits and like alot of people I'm an emotioanl eater so I keep a journal now and it's really working. You need to stay postive and try to use food as a source to fuel your body not to take emotional pain away. Your doing great and you can do this..............
