The half life for phen is 16 to 31 hours which means it should be completely out of the system in 32 to 62 hours, which is ~1.5 to 2.5 days for it to totally clear your system. However withdrawl effects can last for several days after elimination due to the brain's perceived need for the drug to funtion properly.
