Hi Colee,
Thank you so much for the compliment. 17 pounds is AWESOME! I go to the gym 6 days a week and do 30 minutes to an hour of cardio - treadmill, stair-stepper, eliptical, etc. I had to start out SLOW on the eliptical and stair stepper. I started out just being able to do 5 minutes a day and gradually worked my way up to 45. I also do weight training after the cardio. Because I work 10 hours a day, its tough to fit it into my schedule, but we always find time for the things that are most important to us. So, I stop by the gym on my way home at night.
