My before and after pics are also in my signature. I started out in January of this year at 336 pounds. I lost the first 80 pounds doing weight watchers (and no phen). Then per my dr's instructions - I switched to a low-carb diet in July. He also prescribed phen at that time. I have lost 46 pounds since then, which makes a total of 126 pounds lost since January. I also work out 6 days a week and have 40 more pounds to go! I try not to think of that 40 pounds because I dont want to get overwhelmed. I have to look at one pound at a time.

Bamachicky, You look GREAT!!!!!!!!! I am doing weight watchers now and started phen last week. I go weigh in tomorrow. Although I am down 17 lbs since August, I'd like to lose more before xmas. I wanted to add what kind of work out regimine do you follow?

First goal set~ 50lbs lost by 6/12/09 (for college graduation)
