Good job everyone! For those who asked, I do low carb pretty religiously, but give my self a day or so a month to have what I want. I haven't been exercising because Im in nursing school fulltime, have 2 on call jobs in ER's and a single momma to a 5 year old! But, I am planning on training now that Im getting close to where Id like to be. less than 20 lbs to goal. I started September 15th, 2008.
