I have been off Phen since Oct 31st. And I am happy to report that I have lost a lb or two. So,
I stay within the 143- 145 mark all the time.. I still weigh my self every morning and every nite.. cause
I sure dont want the weight back!!! By the way. I paid 300 to lose my weight from a weight loss dr..
so I can't blow it!!!
