Trish my dr recommended taking a Tylenol PM rapid release to help get some sleep. I never tried it because I have a 8 week old and she still wakes up all hours of the night. Also like Daisee said drink LOTS of water!
Daisee your so right! I find it hard to start exercising but once I get up and moving I have so much energy and feel so much better after. I only do a video (WATP 4 mile challenge) or I walk 4 miles with a friend at the park.
