I am a firm believer that SWEET TEA is the devil! I gained over 40 pounds in a year and I attribute most of that to having at least one sweet tea per day. Cut the sweet tea out and I bet you will notice a big difference. Also, soda......very bad....I once in a while have a DIET pepsi as a treat, but that is maybe 2 times a WEEK at most. If you cut out the sodas and sweet tea and up the water you will see great results.
