I have noticed 4 things that really seem to affect my weight loss each week.
One: I HAVE to drink at least 110oz of water a day!!
Two: I HAVE to eat. And eat lean meats..vegggies..low carbs...There are times where I slip up and get so busy I don't eat..and I don't lose!
Three: I excercise in the morning right after I wake up...before I eat anything and I lose more weight than if I exercise in the afternoon. Also, I do my circut training first...weights, squats, resistance training...leg lifts..etc and then my cardio on my Elliptical so I burn more calories.
Four: I have to get sleep. Lately I have been an Insomniac and I'm up to 4 trying to go to sleep..then back up at 8...yeah my weight was stuck.
But, when I do all these things it seems like I just melt. Best wishes and I hope this helps a lil!
