I just started mine tuesday I was on it last year for 3 months and lost 40lbs I did gain it back so when he gave them too me this time I got Thyroid pills to take as well. I never had any problem going off these. I have a real high tolerence anyways due to my Ephedra use. I think everyones different. But if withdraws are too excesive call your doctor.
