I am in my second day of Phen after coming off of it for three months and gaining 20 pounds back of my 35 lost = ( I want to do SO much better this time, and I will learn to finally nip what is causing me to be overweight in the first place. Are there any secrets to making this work, maybe better? How important is the water intake. I have diet sodas around and try ti limit 2 a day, and in between either sweet tea and water. My water intake is not near enough..so how important is that to helping me lose weight? Overall what I am asking are if there are any things that YOU do that you have seen the best results doing?
