I lost 8 pounds the first week and 22 pounds in 5 weeks. I probably could of squeezed a few more pounds off if I had ate a bit better. I try to eat about 800-1000 calories a day and only drink water. I tend to allow myself to cheat on the weekends being a college student and drink a little alcohol and have a dinner at a restaurant. I work out very hard though, 5-6 days a week doing about an hour of cardio, resistence weight training and Yoga twice a week. Good luck to everyone. I have vowed to leave alone cokes and fried foods for good unless it is a very special occasion and I have stuck to that thus far.

After 1 Week- 214 Oct 22
After 2nd Week- 208 Oct 29
After 3rd week- 207 Nov 4 -little too much cheating...
ONE MONTH - 204 Nov 11
Minus 19 the first month

Nov 19 - 200 Minus 3 pounds
minus 22 so far, I wish it was 199 but I will take a loss over a gain anyday. 1 pound til ONEderland!!!!



Mini Goal : 199.9 By Thanksgiving

I want to be 150 by MAY
