YES YOU CAN DO IT !!!
By the sounds of it, you are actually doing really great for the short time you have been on. Those "people" you hear about that lose 15lbs or more in the first few weeks are few and far between. You are more of the norm, however, I would have given anything to lose that in your time frame. It took me a month to lose 7lbs, and to tell you the thruth, I was pretty excited about that number.
