Welcome to the forum... I don't get to pop on here as much as I use to but I feel your pain with the baby weight. I go directly to a Diet Dr. and do not need a script, however its all out of pocket 100 every time I go. But this stuff does work and you will lose as long as you drink your water! and excercise about 3 times a week. I was power walking over the summer for about 40 mins 3 to 4 times a week and the weight was melting off like crazy. I did get a little lazy when I went back to work after maternity leave and stopped walking and now I'm stuck at around 160-162, I have about another 30 to lose before I hit goal. So I had the hubby hook up my eliptical machine and I promised myself to get back on the wagon. Also cut out all your soda too, that slowed me down a bit. Anyway enough about my sorry butt!
