Well for me, my doctor who is a naturapathic doctor has a machine that gives a "Biomipedance analysis" maybe google it and see which doc in your area has this machine. In a matter of a minute it can tell you how healthy your cells in your body are, what you fat mass and lean body mass is along with how much water is inside and outside your cells and gives you your metabolic rate. I see my doctor every 1 -2 weeks and get this reading done to make sure I'm moving in the right direction.

As far to see how many calories I am burning, I have the Body Bugg. Not endorsing (Don't wanna sound like I work for them) But I absolutely LOVE IT! it pretty accurate and is worn by The Biggest Loosers. I plug in my food everyday so I am accountable for what goes in my mouth and I see how many calories I burn and if I need to move around more or not. It made by apex. You should also do search on it and you will not find any negative reviews about its inaccuracy, I love it and got mine for $199. Plus they also have a meal plan and have really good tutorials.

I'm also tight on cash so not sure if I am going to keep my gym membership up. But I would like to save my money and buy an ellipitical and some free wieghts to tone. I think yearly I would have paid just about enough or more. So after I am done with my personal trainer, I'll probablly cut my membership, idk... BUT I bought the Biggest Looser Fat burning workout and love it. Also bought the Firm cadio w/weights but that is a little to fast right now for me but I figure there should not be any excuses why I am not active if I don't go to the gym. Just get up a little earlier...lol!

I want to make the most while I am on Phen. I don't want to cheat when to me nothing taste so sweet to see those pounds go...However, when I finally reach onderland I will treat myself to one or two max sushi roll that's it. That's my reward when I hit my Onderland goal But I don't want to take Phen for granted and want to get into a habit as much as possible about what/when to eat healthy.

There is also reccommendations that I have been and that is b12 for energy and fat burner to help the liver. I WAS taking injections but $20 a shot has gotten a bit much and with this day and time not in the cards for me so there is this pill I am going to buy that is called a lipotropic complex. It has the amino acids in it. Do a search if you're interested going this route. I think I am going to purchase Tyler's so I'll keep you updated in the future.
