i am taking the one a day 75mg maybe you should take it later in the day around 12 or 1 even later if there no side effects i take mines around 1pm because i used to get the munches later in the evening .but when i do get the munches i drink water like crazy and slice cucumbers.so try that and see if it work i like the 75mg but sometimes if u take a rest from the meds like 2-3 days and restart i.t jump starts it again i found that helpful .
