I used to get them every other week but I noticed that they gave me horrible chest gas. I would have to make myself burb and it was so uncomfortable. They did work though. My first week on the shots and phen I lost 9 pounds. I was paying 15 bucks for them and it was the b-complex. I have tried the 1000 mg pills but it is true in the fact they do not work nearly the same. The weight lost has been pretty slow since then though. I may try it again just to see if that was really the problem with the gas.
