I do 8 weeks on 3 weeks off. You do build up a tolerance so a break is needed.
I have always exercised so I didn't stop my normal routine. The diet is lo-cal about 800 calories but the important thing is low fat. The hcg goes after the fat in your body, so you don't want to add to it.
