I had weigh in today and lost 2 pounds this past week. I'm surprised I lost anything because this weekend I actually gave into the pizza and beers (all weekend long). Since my usual weight loss for the week is 3 pounds I'm pretty proud of myself for lossing two. Not that depressing lol. Anyhow, I am darn happy that I back to feeling like myself this morning. ADHD, goofy and happy! The whole anxiety stuff ****s but such is life sometimes. So today I will either be doing a 45 minute ultimate calorie blaster or the 55 minute circuit training. I am getting back on track with eating properly as well. I noticed when I was eating the pizza and having the beers that I was feeling depressed. So I'm back with a renewed spirit. I'm aiming for a 4 pound weight loss this week.
