I am not really hungry today just really agitated if you read my post from earlier you understand. I was down another 1lb and for TOM that's great. I am going on vacation next week with my daughter, niece and my cousin and her daughter. I am taking healthy food with me , a first for vacation. THE HOTEL HAS A GYM!!!!! So I plan on coming back in the 230's. Ambitious I know but I just do better when I have consistent access to the gym.
