Hello. I hear walk off the pounds have some good DVD's for indoor exercise similar to walking. I personally love Tae-bo and Winsor pilates. Tae-bo is pretty tough, so if you do try that, be sure to get the instructional and/or beginner DVD's, not the advanced. As far as Winsor pilates, my favorite is the 20 minute leg routine. It's all done on the floor and really works the legs. Hope that helps.
