EATING A HANDFUL OF NUTS HELPS ME. I PREFER ALMONDS. PLUS I WAS TOLD EATING A HANDFUL OF NUTS BEFORE LUNCH OR DINNER WILL HELP YOU TO EAT LESS WHEN YOU DO EAT YOUR LUNCH OR DINNER.
