carrots and hummus (Trader Joes has some VERY tasty hummus in a varitey of flavors that are low in calories and fat)

Instead of Ice Cream I got some of the Dreyers frozen yogurt blends and they are VERY tasty if you're craving something sweet.

Been slacking. It's now 11/19/08 and I'm at 185.5. Just started B-12 shots for the first time and am back on Phen after a month's break.
