Thanks for letting me know where to post. Sorry if it was in the wrong place.
I was also drinking a ton of water to....anywhere from 60-80 ounces a day. I think a lot of the problem was to that almost everything I ate was fiber related....I wasn't getting a lot of "healthy fats" or other soluable fibers so to speak. I don't know, I just don't want to have this problem again.
